Final Thoughts on the Always Eat After 7 PM Book

Now that I’ve had this book for a few months and have had plenty of time to actually try it out on my own and see if it’s all hype or not, I’ve decided to write up a conclusion as to where my results are at this point in time. I will say my energy is still increased and I’m up to 6 pounds lost already, without giving up my carbs! I am excited to see what the last 2 phases are going to bring me! According to the book:
