Yum yum! I count myself as 3/4 vegetarian. What does this mean? Well I don’t really like much meat at all. The whole idea of it grosses me out. And, have you ever bitten into a piece of gristle GROSS! I basically eat poultry (boneless skinless), extra lean ground beef (unless I bite into said gristle then I can’t eat it for awhile), and most seafood. Recently I have discovered a love of quinoa and couscous. Not only is it vegetarian friendly, it is healthy and delicious I have only sampled already prepared dishes, so this yummy quinoa and fruit salad looks like a great starter recipe to start cooking it on my own.
