- 1 pound jumbo shrimp
- 1 package Knorr's Alfredo Noodles (make it skinny with reduced fat milk and butter)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 package frozen spinach (to taste)
- oil (to taste)
- Cook shrimp in a little oil.
- Cook alfredo noodles per package directions.
- With 5 minutes left, add shrimp, cherry tomatoes and spinach.
- Enjoy!
This seems easy peasy cottage cheesey…I am all over it like white on rice!
