Next, dust away any eye shadow that may have escaped onto your cheeks or use a little tape to gently lift the powder away and apply foundation with a brush to your cheeks, forehead, chin and neck. Lastly, for the perfect lip colour, when smoothing on your foundation run your fingers over your lips to apply a good base then draw a perfect lip line using a deep red lip pencil.
