I have seen tons of pins on Pinterest lately that say if you bake eggs at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes you get hard boiled eggs that easier to peel. Well, I gave this 3 shots thinking if it’s so popular it has to work, right? Wrong. I adjusted the oven temps and baking times and every time my eggs came out brown (which baked onto the egg white, not just the outer shell) polka dotted. I found it HARDER to peel them, not easier and actually ended up throwing away over a dozen eggs because I was stripping them down to the egg yolks.
I think I’m going to stick to boiling my eggs from now on.
