This year Santa (aka boyfriend) got me a brand new sewing machine. I have had one in the past, but the most I accomplished with it was basic hemming. (I am so short, even petite pants are too long!)
So I want to focus some of my crafty time this year to learn how to sew. I see way too many patterns for adorable shirt redos, jewelry, hair accessories and baby clothing to not learn. I have a pinterest board just waiting for me to learn!
I got a Brother sewing machine with 17 stitches, capable of learning basic sewing and quilting. I have picked out a few square patterns to refresh myself. This sewing machine also came with a DVD instruction guide. My old one didn’t have that! I feel old. 🙁
