Making Your Garden It’s Own Space

There are two schools of thought when it comes to garden design. The most common is that it should be part of the home and should flow nicely in that way. The second is that the garden should have it’s own identity and be a release from normal living. The latter is now catching on and becoming more popular because if the garden is more like the home, then what’s the point of being out there? The garden should feel like it’s own area and space. It’s where you can come and sun tan in the summer, enjoy the falling leaves from the trees in autumn and be totally relaxed without feeling like you’re exposed. Maybe that’s why then there is more of a mood within interior design to make sure there are plenty of options for people who want this sort of thing. Ideas that are inexpensive and marvellously creative have taken off and they off anyone a way of making their garden unique. But transforming your garden into its own space will take a little thinking outside the box but the end result will be well worth it.

Growing up so fast

Much like a trellis that uses a privacy panel designed for plants and bushes, you can grow your garden vertically using tower planters. In their design and structure they are quite simple to erect. All you need is a few wooden posts that can be designed such as enlarged gate spikes. Then they can run a few metal rails from top to bottom. Take plant pots and fill them with soil, and then plant whatever kind of vegetation you want. It can be flowers, or vegetables. Since they are in different pots they can be fed and watered separately so don’t worry about that. Using hooks fixed to the pots, hang them on the rails all facing one way. These tower planters will shield you from the rest of the world and give you a lot of green to admire in your own little world.

A little border control

You should be enjoying your garden in as much peace and quiet as possible. When you tend to relax you begin to lay back and have your eyes closed. Since you’re essentially out in the open it can make you feel a little vulnerable. You get the feeling that you might be being watched by neighbors or just people walking by taking a sneak peak at what you’re doing. However you can install some fence panels metal that will give you that extra bit of control over your garden borders. The panels themselves can be made in different designs so that you have a fence that is basic and doesn’t rise up. However you can also have panels that have a protective design that utilized spikes to keep your privacy and safety in mind.

The garden should always be it’s own space and not something that directly reflects the home. Everyone needs a little reminder that we are animals from the wild and being among plants, trees and grass is soothing and relaxes your mind easily.
