Low Salt & Sugar Free Fruit Crisp

Ingredients

½ cup fruit juice concentrate
3-4 cups of fruits (any kind)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tablespoons plain flour

Toppings

6 tablespoon fruit juice concentrate
1 cup Grape-Nuts cereal
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Procedure

1. In a big separate bowl, put in Grape-Nuts, cinnamon, and concentrated fruit juice.
2. Mix and sprinkle over fruit.
3. Place sliced fruit in a deep dish. Fill about ¾ full. Dust with flour and cinnamon. Flip well to coat. Dot with butter.
4. Wrap fruit with the topping mixture. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 375 degrees.
