Staying fit is essential to leading a healthy lifestyle, and now is the time to start. There are two routes to go down in order to ensure that you get the right amount of exercise each week. The first being a gym membership. Hit the gym around three-times-a-week for at least an hour. This will ensure that you receive the amount of cardiovascular exercise that your body craves. Alternatively, if you can’t think of anything worse than a sweaty gym three-times-a-week, then join a sports club. Badminton is a good one to take up, it’s a relatively straightforward sport, but incredibly high intensity. It will really get your heart going – a surefire way to a healthier life!
