  3. 1 cup bread crumbs
  4. 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  6. salt & pepper
For the Parmesan-Dijon Cream Sauce
  1. 3 tablespoons butter
  2. 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1/2 cup chicken broth
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  7. dash of ground nutmeg
  8. 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  9. 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
